oh, life.
life has been ridiculously busy and hectic lately so i haven't really been thinking about posting here but i figured i would go ahead and put up some pictures and then explain them tomorrow or later this week, so here goes :]
i'm not too sure what's going on with the layout of this post, but whatever. there are two pictures of a night beach trip with some friends over to temple beach, the view from the hotel room when dad was in town, the oahu tabernacle where we went to church in honolulu, some with me and friends, and the one in the mirror is just to show my bangs

BYU Hawaii
well i've been here at byu hawaii for almost two months now. it has been quite the roller coaster of ups and downs but all in all its been an amazing experience. when i first came here i didn't know anyone and hated it completely, but that didn't last. i guess i'll just go over basics of my life here :]
school is going pretty well, i'm taking 12 credits so just four classes but its been good to be able to have a smooth adjustment from the high school workload (or lack thereof, considering my senior year) to being in college. i'm taking
chinese 101
intro to theatre
intro to cultural anthropology
book of mormon
the classes are much more boring than i expected most of the time, but its whatever.
i also work at the Polynesian Cultural Center five days a week, waitressing at the lu'au called Hale Aloha. i really like working at the PCC, its an amazing place and im glad to be a part of the experience for the tourists. i remember how much it meant to me when i came a few years ago and i absolutely loved the chance to be there so i hope i contribute to that for other people.
also, in the post below are some of my favorite pictures that i've taken while being here of the places i've gone and some of the good friends i've made
